Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glitzo, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience and a seamless return process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfume bottles that have been opened, used, or tampered with. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned :

  • Opened or partially used perfume bottles.

  • Products purchased during a sale, with a discount, or as part of a special promotion (unless they are damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards or complimentary samples.

Damaged or Defective
Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and its packaging for verification. Upon approval, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, which will include all original shipping charges.

Exchange Process

IExchanges are exclusively offered for damaged or defective products for the same item. Due to our hygiene standards, we do not facilitate exchanges for fragrance preference changes.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect product was delivered.
